KEY PERSONNEL
Randy Whillans
Project Manager/Estimator
Randy has been employed with G.W. Cox Construction
Ltd. for 16 years. During that time he has worked
his way through the ranks from Laborer to Project
Manager/Estimator.
Randy brings more than 17 years in construction
supervision.
This includes; accurate takeoffs, estimating,
budget contracting, purchasing and invoicing.
Randy's experience includes full on-site construction
management and land development. He effectively
schedules, monitors and inspects all work. He
is responsible for materials purchasing, installations
and supervising all work crews.
Working effectively with architects, engineers,
developers, contractors and city officials is
another asset that Randy brings to his position
here at Cox Construction.
